Halo Wars Demo Kicks Resi Evil 5 Demo's Ass [Plus New Vid Doc] Written Friday, February 13, 2009 by Dan Webb Major Nelson is reporting that the recently released Halo Wars demo broke the record for first day downloads and managed to reach 2 million mark over a 5 day period (Resident Evil 5 which managed 1.8 I do believe). Pretty impressive going. The announcement regarding the record breaking demo falls the same time as the third, and possibly last, video documentary from Ensemble; with particular focus on the game's controls. Remember, just because a demo downloads quickly, doesn't mean its an amazing game *cough* Too Human ... but I'm sure there are many happy bunnies out there after seeing the game in action for themselves. A great example of a demo doing the gamegood, rather than bad *cough* Too Human. | |
